We build your content for Instagram, test every piece on strangers before your followers ever see it, then push the winners across every other channel you are on. Organic reach with no ad spend behind it, without doubling your work, and without losing your voice or your niche.
Every number above comes from a client’s own reports. Read both stories on the case studies page.
This is the formula. We create for one channel and master it completely. Then we push to every other channel, so your visibility climbs and every platform counts, without losing your voice or your niche.
A hero channel is the one platform you create for, because that is the platform whose algorithm you are building for. Everything else gets the content second. For the last 18 months, that channel has been Instagram and Meta, and it is where I point every client.
It has the best algorithm, the least resistance, and the most return on the work you put in. Trial reels hand your content to people who do not follow you and tell you within 72 hours whether it works. Edits, Instagram’s own editing app, is prioritized by the platform. And Instagram is a search engine now, with captions that show up in Google.
It used to be TikTok. So trust me when I say I watch this. I observe every month, across every client account, and if the return moves somewhere else we will pivot. You will know because I will tell you.
Every piece of your Instagram content is created, edited, and posted from Edits, either into trial reels or straight to your profile. Around 70 to 80 percent of what we make runs as trial reels first. The rest is carousels. Edits now builds reels, carousels, and stories in numerous versions inside one project, and Instagram gives it priority. You are not penalized for editing elsewhere, but nothing else comes close, and the templates have improved so much that CapCut is no longer the reason to leave.
Each reel goes out in three versions: different hooks and subhooks on screen, or different B-roll under the same hook. All three run as trial reels for 72 hours to people who do not follow you. Then the winner, or all three spread across the month, goes to your profile.
You film once. We choose three different places for the video to start, because the first two seconds are the only part being tested. Same footage, same caption, three different openings, three finished posts.
When a point needs more than seven seconds, it becomes a carousel. Built inside the same Edits project as the reel, so the overlays land where the reel already put them. Carousels earn the saves and shares that grow an account fastest.
Instagram is a search engine, and Google reads it. Every caption is written to be found, on the platform and off it. How we write them.
Your profiles get connected to Search Console so we can see your content appearing in Google search. One client’s Instagram showed up 591 times in Google in its first month connected, every query the name of a local business he had featured.
Stories are where followers turn into conversations. We build the sequence from the carousel slides in one move, add the polls and stickers that earn a tap, and post the whole run at once instead of winging it frame by frame.
A single static photo only reaches your followers. Add one more slide and it becomes a carousel that Instagram pushes to new people. Occasionally a single photo is fine. As a habit it is reach left on the table.
Your content goes out from here, because this is where your business is, and Instagram pushes content to the market it was posted from. If your team is offshore, we train them to post from there. If your team is offshore and your clients are in the US or Canada, posting from here is what gets your content pushed to them.
Optional, and strongly suggested. The keyword DM system, the lead magnets, and the follow-up sequences all run through a CRM, and it is the difference between a viral month and a pipeline. We set it up, manage it, and hand qualified leads to you warm.
Every keyword needs something worth commenting for. We write and design the lead magnets your content points to, matched to the questions your buyers ask, and deliver them by DM the moment someone types the word. Reach without capture is a vanity metric. This is the capture.
These are the modes we run on Instagram, exactly as we run them on client accounts, so you know what you are getting and why.
Build the carousel in Edits, then send the whole thing to stories in one move. It is the easiest way to plan a sequence instead of improvising frame by frame.
Instagram rolled the carousel editor into Edits through Labs, in batches. There are still glitches. Some overlays do not sit where you put them, and a few accounts do not have it yet. It is worth checking Labs every few days until it shows up.
The part to love: the carousel is planned inside the same project as the reel, so your overlays land where the reel already put them. One shoot, one app, both formats, no exporting. If you are still building carousels in Canva, this is the moment to switch. If you are building them inside the Instagram app, switch the second it shows up for you.
Version one is the plain video, start to finish. Version two takes a clip from the middle, the strongest line, and pulls it to the front as a new hook. Then the video plays through from the top. Version three does the same with a different clip.
Same footage, same caption, three different first two seconds. All three go to trial reels for 72 hours. Then all three get released, spread across the month, because the ones that did not win are still finished content. That is how a content library gets built: every video you film becomes three tested posts sitting in a folder, ready whenever you need one.
The caption stays the same on purpose. Change one thing and you know what worked. Change everything and you learned nothing. One clip, three tests, zero new filming.
Once a piece has proven itself on Instagram, it gets repurposed across every other channel you are on. That is what omnipresent means: the same message showing up on every social platform you are on, so your brand awareness climbs while the workload stays flat. What changes is the framing. What stays is your voice.
Everything on this page is the done-for-you version: we create, we test, we post, we report, and you run your business. If you would rather keep social in-house, the same framework is taught two ways, with me in your account the whole time.
You or your team learn to run the framework yourselves. Three months, eight meetings with me, the full video library, accountability, and account monitoring the entire time so I can see what is working and correct what is not.
Built for one person or a small team who can put in the reps every week and wants to be running it alone by month four.
Everything in the three-month training with twice the runway. Six months, sixteen meetings with me, the full video library, accountability, and account monitoring for all six months.
Built for teams, for anyone handing the channel to a new hire, and for businesses that want the strategy phase and the scaling phase covered with me in the room for both.
What both trainings include
The framework itself, the week-one workflow, and the numbers it produces are all on the Trial Reels Viral Framework page.
If you want the strategy seat as well as the content, that is fractional CMO services. If you want the testing engine on its own, start with the trial reels framework.
Ready for organic reach
that compounds?
Every engagement starts the same way: I look at what you have, who you are trying to reach, and what the data says about your content so far. Then we map the system. Book a strategy call below and bring your account.
The system behind organic social media reach: captions, carousels, stories, and the framework that ties them together.
Edits is Instagram’s own editing app, made by Meta. It builds reels, carousels, and stories inside one project, keeps every version you make, and posts straight to Instagram. Instagram gives content made in Edits priority. The carousel editor lives under Labs in Settings.

Footage that is not you talking to the camera: your hands at work, a walk-through, a drive, a before and after. Anything under seven seconds that moves. We overlay the hook on top of it, which is why one clip can carry three different hooks.
A post with more than one slide that people swipe through. It is the format for the longer story, and it earns the saves and shares that grow an account. One static photo only reaches your followers. Add a second slide and Instagram pushes it to new people.
A Meta feature, on Instagram and now Facebook, that shows a reel to people who do not follow you, and only them, so you can test it without your audience watching. We run every reel through trials for 72 hours, then release the winner or all three versions. The whole method is in the trial reels framework. Facebook has the same tool now, rolling out account by account, and how to turn it on is here.
You, on camera, saying the thing. It is the format that builds trust fastest, and the one people find hardest to make. We film it once and turn it into three posts by choosing three different places for it to start.
The one channel you create for, because that is the algorithm you are building for. Everything else gets the content second. I always suggest Instagram, and for the last 18 months it has been the right call.
Showing up on every marketing channel your customer touches: each social platform, email, your blog, and your ads, with the same message and voice. It is how one piece of proven content becomes eight, and how a brand feels bigger than its team.
Run them on the posts that already performed organically. Social is the best place to test your content before you pay to put it in front of anyone, and a post that earned saves and shares for free will do the same with a budget behind it. I would never put money behind an untested post.
No. If you are camera-averse, I can make it work without you on screen. B-roll reels, carousels, and stories carry a lot. Talking heads build trust fastest, though, so we should talk about why you do not want to be, because the reason is usually fixable.
Three things. A quick call to make sure we vibe. The retainer paid. And footage rolling. From there, quick reviews and the trust to let the system run. The clients who review in hours instead of weeks are the ones whose accounts move fastest.
Do not worry. I have a system for everything, from what to film to how to hold the phone, and I will walk you through it. Most clients are filming usable footage within the first week.
Plan on the first 30 to 60 days for testing and positioning. One client went viral ten days in, which is unusual. What repeats is the shape: a testing period, a breakout, a normal month that holds above where the account started, then compounding.
It is yours. It lives on your social accounts, so you can download it from there any time. If you want hard copies of the files delivered to you, additional charges apply.
Yes. It works for any business whose buyers make decisions with people they feel they know: service brands, coaches, local businesses, and firms where paid advertising is restricted or not converting.
